So, what do the Idaho Vandals bring to the table this week? Well, besides a record the exact opposite of BSU (the Vandies are 1-9), how about a little locker room fodder? That's exactly what Idaho coach Robb Akey did with his comments last week about the importance of the "Donkeys vs. Vandals" rivalry.
So, let me get this straight - you are on the road, with your extremely over-matched team, traveling to your traditional rival's home turf, where you know they simply don't lose, on senior day. Whew. He's got guts, that's for sure.
Rumor mill has it that the Vandals used their bye week to prepare a new offensive scheme for their trip to the Blue - the wishbone. I'd really like to see that. Of course, rumor mills are rumor mills, and I doubt very much that the Vandals will try it. More power to them if they do - at least it will show a smattering of creative thinking on the part of the coaching staff.
Broncos own Aggies
An interesting fact surfaced yesterday that I had not really considered. Combining the scores against New Mexico state (58-0) and Utah State (52-0), gives us a total of 110-0 against any team this year called an "Aggie". Funny, eh?

The Aggies comment is funny! What are the stats for the two "bulldog" teams we play.
Score this weekend? I predict 55-10.
Broncos are peaking, keep winning Hawaii, we need you to be ranked as high as possible.
I guess Bulldogs are by nature just a bit tougher than Aggies. The collective score against Bulldogs is 79-52.
Mercy, your prediction last week was almost right on. I hope this week proves to be the same.
